1. 수집하는 개인정보

4. 아동 보호 (COPPA)

REAL or NOT은 만 13세 이상 사용자를 대상으로 합니다. 앱 첫 실행 시 연령 확인 게이트를 통해 만 13세 미만 사용자의 접근을 차단합니다. 만 13세 미만 사용자의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않으며, 해당 정보가 발견될 경우 즉시 삭제합니다.

5. AI 사용 공개

REAL or NOT은 게임 메커니즘의 일부로 AI 대화 상대를 포함합니다. EU AI Act Article 50에 따라 다음과 같이 공개합니다:

온보딩 과정에서 AI 상대 존재를 명시적으로 고지합니다.
매 게임 종료 후 상대가 AI였는지 인간이었는지 반드시 공개합니다.
AI 응답 생성에 Google Vertex AI (Gemini) 또는 OpenAI (GPT) 모델을 사용합니다.
채팅 내용은 AI 응답 생성 목적으로만 사용되며, 모델 학습에 활용되지 않습니다.

6. 데이터 보관 및 삭제

채팅 메시지: 게임 종료 후 90일간 보관, 이후 자동 삭제
게임 기록: 계정 유지 기간 동안 보관
거래 내역: 관련 법령에 따라 최소 5년 보관
계정 삭제: 설정 > 개인정보 > 계정 삭제에서 요청 가능. 요청 후 30일 이내 처리

7. 사용자 권리 (CCPA)

캘리포니아 거주 사용자는 다음 권리를 가집니다:

열람권: 수집된 개인정보 카테고리 및 항목 확인
삭제권: 개인정보 삭제 요청
이동권: 개인정보 사본 요청 (기계 판독 가능 형식)
차별 금지: 권리 행사로 인한 서비스 차별 없음

권리 행사: 앱 내 설정 > 개인정보 메뉴 또는 taehun@taehun.dev으로 요청

8. 보안

모든 통신은 HTTPS(TLS 1.2+)로 암호화
Firebase Security Rules로 서버 측 접근 제어
인앱결제는 Apple/Google 서버에서 직접 검증
콘텐츠 모더레이션: GCP Natural Language API (한/영 이중 필터)

9. 변경 고지 및 연락처

본 방침이 변경될 경우, 앱 내 알림 및 본 페이지를 통해 사전 고지합니다.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

REAL or NOT is intended for users aged 13 and older. We implement an age-verification gate at first launch to prevent access by users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it immediately.

5. AI Disclosure

REAL or NOT includes AI chat opponents as part of its core game mechanics. In compliance with EU AI Act Article 50, we disclose:

The presence of AI opponents is explicitly stated during onboarding.
After every match, we reveal whether your opponent was AI or human.
AI responses are generated using Google Vertex AI (Gemini) or OpenAI (GPT) models.
Chat content is used solely for generating AI responses and is not used for model training.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Chat messages: Retained for 90 days after game ends, then auto-deleted
Game records: Retained for the duration of your account
Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years per applicable law
Account deletion: Request via Settings > Privacy > Delete Account. Processed within 30 days

7. Your Rights (CCPA)

California residents have the following rights:

Right to Know: View categories and items of personal information collected
Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal information
Right to Portability: Request a copy in machine-readable format
Non-Discrimination: No service discrimination for exercising your rights

8. Security

All communications encrypted via HTTPS (TLS 1.2+)
Server-side access control via Firebase Security Rules
In-app purchases verified directly with Apple/Google servers
